Das sind alles Aufgaben die in die Rubrick Systemprogrammierung fallen,
also wäre Systemprogrammierer die naheliegendste Bezeichnung,
allerdings gibt es diese Bezeichnung nicht, da es die Tätigkeit Systeme zu Programmieren schon seit Anbeginn der Computer gibt, daher wäre wohl einfach nur Programmierer die richtige Bezeichnung.Der Begriff des Software Entwicklers kam erst später auf, als die OOP, UML und Verfahren des Software Engeneerings Einzug erhalten haben und diese wurden virwiegend für die Programmierung von Endanwendersoftware verwendet und nicht für z.B. Systemnahe Treiber von denen manche heute noch von den Codezeilen her so überschaubar sind, dass man sie auch ganz ohne Unterstützung von OOP, UML und Verfahren moderner Software Engeneering Techniken in C und teils auch Assembler realisieren könnte.
Damit gilt:
Programmierer ist die richtige Bezeichnung.
