Hi,

kennt jemand diesen Fehler ...

er erscheint sporadisch, wenn ich beim Debuggen bin..

Danach läßt sich eigentlich nichts mehr wirklich machen.. es hilft nur
Abbruch (Taskmanager) und Neustart des BCB !!

After a lot of problems with 'Internal error COM-656' en 'Write of address
000018' errors i was able to reduce it to the following:

Create an empty project in the folder: "E:\DTS\401", run in the debugger
and Close. Should work fine.
Do the same in the folder "E:\DTS\401 AAA". On my machine closing the
App consistently hangs the debugger.

I'm using Win 2000 pro, D6 Ent Update 2

You might try reinstalling, or checking your drive for errors or viruses.
Spaces should never be a problem except when passing folder names as
command-line parameters or to some API calls that deal with the command-line
shell. My Delphi is installed under "C:\Program Files\...", so every
project defaults to a path that has spaces in it, and I've never had a
problem like that. Are you using an older Novell network or something else
that might not like long file names?

I use a w2k-workstation in a w2k-network...

I have no spaces in my projectnames or in my program-foldername ..
