kann ich unter linux compilieren und unter windows das programm ausführen?

p.s. wenn ja, welchen compiler für linux würdet ihr mir empfehlen...?

Das wird hier das falsche Forum sein. Compiler und co ist richtiger.
Und ja es geht, du benötigst einen Cross Compiler. Such mal bei Google nach "Cross compiler linux windows" oder ähnlichem.
