If you are playing in a prize tournament or any event (whether over the Internet or in a LAN environment) that charges an entry fee and/or awards prizes to participants, the organizers of that event are required to obtain a commercial license with Even Balance, Inc. if they wish to utilize PunkBuster Software during the event.
