Creative Commons für Software?

Ist die eigentlich robust genug, dass man da auch den Source Code von Software drunter stellen kann?
Die GPL ist sehr restriktiv, die LGPL etwas freier, aber auch problematisch, aka "Template Problem".Public Domain ist nun so die totale Aufgabe aller Rechte, das will ich auch nicht unbedingt.
Was haltet ihr von CC-BY 3.0 für Software?
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/deed.en_USHätte den Effekt, dass der Name genannt werden muss, aber zwingt einen nicht zum veröffentlichen des Codes.
Dumme Frage eventuell, aber CC ist ja nun eher für Dokumente und Grafiken etc gemacht.

Ich würde dir eher zu einer der vielen anderen open-source lizenzen raten.
z.b.:
bsd-lizenz
zlib-lizenz
mit-lizenzusw.
du kannst im internet nachschauen, was diese lizenzen erlauben und was sie verbieten.
